A very spacious place to stay with all bedrooms equipped with an en-suite.  The main bedroom opens up onto the verandah with canal views. Upstairs also has a sitting area  and kitchenette. The verandah upstairs wraps around the outside and includes a full modern outside kitchen. Downstairs has a large outside entertaining area which also overlooks the canals.

Best Views provides extensive views over the canals and uninterrupted views out to town beach, the marina. Mantarays Resort is located close by making a relaxing dinner option in a stylish restaurant.

This ideal group accommodation holiday home is designed for families or groups of up to 10 people. Boasting 6 TV’s and comfortable accommodation for everyone. Lovely spacious outside areas combine with the lovely large living areas inside. You will always find your own space to chill out and relax or be part of a gathering in many of the entertaining areas.

There is plenty of boat parking so bring your boat along. The exmouth marina has boat launching facilities and offers a sheltered place for kids to go fishing in Exmouth.

All bookings up to and including 6 guests will allow three bedrooms to be available and will be charged the lowest rate. Additional Guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Children will be calculated at the full adult price of $50 per person per night.  Any bedrooms not paid for will be locked for the duration of the booking.
