Not your average holiday home, as this fully renovated, beautifully decorated holiday home will contest. Three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with two sets of bunks, allows an occupancy of 4 adults and 4 children. Plus the massive deck!

Beautifully renovated home. New kitchen, breakfast nook with dishwasher. Cosy living area with large flat screen TV. Bathroom has shower and vanity. The toilet is separate, in the laundry area, and there is a second shower in the laundry as well. The front deck is massive and has plenty of outdoor living furniture to enjoy the balmy nights of Exmouth. It is not fully enclosed and you will need to supervise small children appropriately.
Good parking for up to 3 vehicles, room for a larger boat on a trailer.
Pets are allowed with strict conditions.
Pets are to be strictly outside with no exceptions. There is a fenced back yard area which is mostly scrub and sand. The front deck area is not enclosed and not suitable to any pet who needs a secure environment. The front yard is not fenced.

Needed somewhere quiet for a few days whilst in Exmouth on business, perfect set up, great decor. Highly recommend.

Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you have read this policy.
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted) and will incur charges as per the following schedule:
Cancellations +120 days prior to occupancy: Fee 10% of full amount
Cancellations 60 - 120 days prior to occupancy: Fee 20% of full amount
Cancellations 60 - 30 days prior to occupancy: Fee 40% of full amount
Cancellations 30 - 15 days prior to occupancy: Fee 75% of full amount
Cancellations 15 - 0 days prior to occupancy: Fee 100% of full amount
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted and you need to depart early.
Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to 'circumstances beyond our (NRH) control' an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $50.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday & travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances

Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required for a booking to be confirmed.
If the booking is made 30 days or less before commencement of the holiday, the FULL RATE is required to effect confirmation.
Full and final payment for the holiday booking is required at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. If the outstanding balance has not been received by the due date, the Owner and/or the Booking Agent reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice and the guest will forfeit the deposit. A reminder will be sent to you for final payment 28 days prior to arrival dates.
At time of booking you will be required to complete the online Guest Rental Agreement. This document needs to be signed by you and forms our Booking Terms and Conditions. Payment of the rental deposit and the signed Rental Agreement, constitutes the guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

When making your booking, you are required to enter your Credit Card details in order to pay your deposit. These card details will be securely held and in the event of damage or theft from the property, these card details will be charged accordingly.
The Security Bond may also be used to cover additional costs incurred during the tenancy including but not limited to, any breakage, damage, loss of household items, disturbance to neighbours, excess rubbish and excess cleaning requirements.
The Security Bond is active for 30 days post departure date and Ningaloo Reef Holidays reserves the right to deduct bond in accordance with above mentioned at any time during this 30 day period.
Guests will be notified in writing of any breach of terms and conditions requiring deduction of Bond.
