We were looking for a holiday home in Exmouth that was both affordable AND one that felt "homely".Helen from Ningaloo Reef suggested one of the block houses literally 2 minutes from the centre of town. We had a look and instantly felt right at home as absolutely EVERYTHING is provided.Felt so spacious for our family of 5. Didn't actually want to leave we felt so comfortable here! We loved being able to ride right into town within minutes.Customer service from Helen and Geoff has also been fantastic the whole time.Can't more highly recommend if you are heading to Exmouth.

Wir haben schon öfters einer Ferienhaus bei Helen von Ningaloo Reef Holidays gebucht. Es hat immer alles bestens geklappt und wir schätzen die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art von Helen sehr. Danke! Wir waren im Januar 2018 für 2 Wochen in der Villa Fern am Exmouth Marina. Das Haus ist sehr modern, grosszügig, alles ist gut durchdacht und es ist äusserst sauber. Sogar ein gratis WiFi ist vorhanden. Wir werden wieder kommen :-).

We stayed at Desert Rose fabulous house very comfortable beds very clean and spacious and the pool was fantastic along with the outdoor space right on the canals, plenty of parking! Helen was absolutely fabulous to deal with and reacted very quickly when the smoke detector was acting up!

Ningaloo Reef Holidays took all the stress out of my accomodation needs and requirements on my recent week stay in Exmouth. The accommodation was clean, tidy and contained everything I needed for my holiday. Easy to locate with the air-conditioners turned on for my arrival, it felt like a home away from home. I can highly recommend Ningaloo Reef Holidays and they can expect me back.

Helen, the business owner, was super friendly and very helpful. Helped us find a pet friendly accommodation in Exmouth one day before our arrival! The house was clean and inviting and was perfect for our stay in Exmouth with our puppy! We will definitely use Ningaloo Reef Holidays!

Loved this place! The outside area is really big, great for travelling with small kids who want to run around outside as it’s all undercover - bring your scooters, there’s enough room! Also handy being across the road from the shops. House was comfortable and well furnished, and nice to cool off it in the pool after a day out in the sun.

Lovely large house with all the amenities that you would need. Looking over a jetty. Great to just sit and relax outside. Beds were comfortable, pool was very refreshing after going for a beach walk. In the morning before sunrise the decking was the perfect place to sit and star watch, the sky was amazing. All appliances were all clean and very well maintained. Booking and checking in was easy and Helen responded to any queries straight away. Would recommend A+

Our family of 5 stayed at The Dunes accomodation in Exmouth. The house was perfect - clean, well laid out, comfortable, and with a great Kitchen and BBQ for cooking! We loved that we could use the pool at the Mantaray Hotel across the road from the house, but make sure you explain your staying at the Dunes! Hotel will also provide pool towels! Had great service from the Agents too when we had to ring on two occasions seeking assistance! Would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend!

Located close to town center. Clean n comfy unit with large shaded outdoor space. Unit is well equipped n furnished. Caretaker Amanda who worked in the huge shed located us meters away was very responsive n helpful. There some defects noted on arrival but was quickly rectified when reported. Indeed a great place to stay when in Exmouth.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at whaleshark for ten days. We had the best service from Helen and the team at Ningaloo Reef Holiday Homes. Also I was very happy with how prompt the cleaners were at getting the house sparkling before we arrived and the assistance with getting more towels. We will definitely be booking with these guys again. The house whaleshark is absolutely beautiful and well I loved all the decor. It really makes you feel like your at home not on holiday. Beautiful, clean, quiet home on the canals with your own private jetty. Sunsets over the ranges from your balcony and you can hear the whales at night time in the gulf. Modern and spacious interior with all the amenities you need. Service was exceptional - especially when we took the house keys with us and left our laptop behind when we left, Helen happily helped return everything efficiently. Will definitely book with Ningaloo Reef Holidays again. Also caught Bream from off the back decking of the house!

We had a fantastic stay at Amberjack, one of the Ningaloo Reef Holiday Homes located close to the Exmouth town centre. It's a great location within walking distance to supermarket, bakery, cafes & bars. Stunning beaches & the National Park are only a short drive away. The house is comfortable, spacious and most importantly, dog friendly. There are secure outdoor areas for the whole family to enjoy. The house is fully equipped including kitchen equipment & laundry. Service and assistance provided was thorough & timely making for a hassle free holiday. We'd definitely recommend Ningaloo Reef Holiday Homes to anyone planning to visit Exmouth.

My family booked Seashells house, 5 Gnandaroo Road in Exmouth, through Ningaloo Reef Holiday accommodation, for our recent family holiday. Helen Turner was very friendly, helpful & efficient and extras- such as high chairs and the beach-towel pack- were easily booked. On arrival we were impressed by its cleanliness & the 4 spacious bedrooms. Everything was bright & cheerful: 2 living areas, well-appointed kitchen with microwave, entertainer's gas stove, BBQ area outside with old drinks' fridge and large family-sized dining table with 10 chairs. The master bedroom had a walk in robe & full bathroom, with separate bath & shower plus separate toilet. The huge, near-new, top-loading washing machine & modern fridge/freezer both worked well. In the laundry, there is also a chest freezer. There was plenty of mismatched crockery, cutlery & assorted glasses. An assortment of children's books & lots of DVDs for use on the 2 TVs offered entertainment for the family if the weather was inclement- but we were too busy to use them! The individual air conditioners worked quietly & efficiently when needed. There was a long driveway with a secure gate which could be used to retain a dog in the back area. There are 2 clotheslines. A few minor niggles: no sandpit or outside play area for little children to play safely- unless they wanted to build tracks on the large gravelled, dirt backyard area. The 2 huge lounge suites were comfortable but the blue one had a few springs missing in the corner. There was no hair dryer in either bathroom. One necessity to buy would be a fly swat, because once they came in, flies were a nuisance! Overall, we found Seashells comfortable, clean & conveniently close to Town Beach, as well as restaurants at Mantaray and Whalers. The area was quiet and close to the Exmouth marina development. We had a great stay!

Wonderful Christmas break with the family in Exmouth, the house is a fantastic layout and size for a large group, the huge front deck is where we spent most of our time. The home was clean, Aircon had been turned on prior to our arrival so the house was lovely and cool even on the 40 degree temperatures outside, the house had everything that you would use at home, including good size coffee cups, everyone commented on how comfortable they were at the home spending time together, it was relaxing. Helen was so helpful very prompt to respond to questions and was able to assist us with extending our stay as the road home had been closed due to bushfires. I cannot wait for our next visit, Thank you Helen.

This amazing Holiday house take you away from noise and people... you don't want to leave it... A beautiful green garden with lots of lovely plants and a cute garden bed. Taking a bath outside or chilling in the hammock with the birds singing and leaves blowing by the wind. An inside so charming with AMAZING Paintings and decoration we can definitely feel the soul and the spirit of this house you feel just so relax that you never want to leave. For sure we will come back.

The property was well located, clean and tidy. However for the cost it could do with some TLC, to match other similar properties. To name a few troublesome features we encountered. The bedroom drawers were tricky with handles falling off in some rooms & in other bedrooms drawers that wouldn't open at all. The ensuite toilet door would not close due to water damage to the framework. The dishwasher on/off button was broken. One kitchen gas hob ring switch was broken leaving you to guess if the gas was on or not! Some of the alfresco plastic chairs were broken.

Just wanted to extend our thanks after our stay at Gecko in February 2019, the house is awesome and had everything we needed as well as being spotlessly clean. The pool was awesome for cooling off after a hard days fishing and the private jetty made it so very easy for us to head out in to the gulf without the hassle of launching the boat every day. Well worth the expense :)

Amberjack was a lovely house, right behind the IGA’s and the bakery. Spacious house, great back yard area with undercover/shaded table and bbq and grass area. Fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchen utensils etc. Great shower, wifi, aircon. Couldn’t fault it, would stay again :)

Helen was a pleasure to deal with when we were deciding on a property big enough to accommodate the boys fishing trip and our boat. The house was in a great position close to shops and easy access in and out of the property. Clean and everything worked in the house including BBQ facility and outdoor setting which we used to chill out after a long day on the water.

In early May 2019 we spent 4 nights staying in Wobiri on the Exmouth canals. We have used Ningaloo Holidays several times with our family over the years but usually in one of the larger houses in town. As this just us and friends (two couples) we went for something a bit more upmarket. Wobiri did not disappoint. It was exactly as described, but better in reality. Large kitchen / living area downstairs with toilet / laundry and shower (in the garage); and three bedrooms two bathrooms upstairs (one with en-suite). All airconditioned which kept the house at a comfortable temperature. The ladies loved the kitchen with all the nick-knacks needed for a comfortable holiday. A downstairs out side area and two balconies upstairs allowed us to enjoy the view over the Gulf and the canals. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was so comfortable & super clean! We especially loved the outdoor areas, and having our own private jetty. The service provided was great, from booking our holiday, to checking in & checking out, was so easy.. We loved it so much, we didn’t want to leave!

Out family of 13 came to Exmouth during the July school holidays with the express intention of swimming with whale sharks. 6 stayed at The Anchor and 7 stayed at The Pelican. The Anchor is very nice indeed with a wonderful outdoor patio and pool. The Pelican is an older, smaller house but it is pet friendly so we could have our dog with us. Both houses have everything you could possibly need in the way of linen, kitchen utensils and laundry facilities. The lock box for keys is excellent, the staff most obliging. We all had an absolutely wonderful holiday and saw so much during our stay. We leave with fabulous memories of a great family time in a convenient, friendly town. Thank you Exmouth!

Really great setup at the house. Lots of space, everything needed was there. Like your own home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hiring beach towels a good idea. Hired a coffee machine also a good idea, pods supplied. Would have been useful to know type of machine as wasn’t Nespresso compatible....a suggestion. Everything worked out extremely well.

We were in Exmouth for my sons wedding, which was perfect in every way. We stayed at Dunes Property which was amazing, located Opposite Mantaray resort. The house was spacious, clean and very well appointed. We could not have asked for a better location or property. We will certainly be back and highly recommend this property and Ningaloo Reef Holidays to anyone wanting a fantastic holiday with all the comforts of home and more.

Had a great two weeks in this house. Older style, but everything in good order and clean. The enclosed yard is excellent for the animals and the covered outside areas were very private and good for entertaining. Two small things might improve the experience - bedside lights for night reading and wifi. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the property.Fred

Stayed at 4 Grey Street, Exmouth. It was a really nice place for the four of us. Well furnished and clean with lots of room to relax inside and outside. All rooms were air-conditioned which was great given temperatures were in the very high 30's while there. Would happily recommend this place as a base for your holiday in Exmouth and Ningaloo.

The house was incredible and the location superb - watched whales jumping in the bay in the morning while sitting on the balcony in my pj's with a cuppa, then watched them doing the same as the moon rose in the late afternoon. Great value for money, very clean with all of the conveniences of a home - extremely comfortable. We wanted for nothing and it exceeded our expectations. Helen responded to inquiries promptly. Great customer service, great home - will be back!

Hibiscus was the ideal base for our short 4 day trip to Exmouth delivering more than comfortable accommodation located on the canals. Well appointed holiday home with plenty of fridges and a large chest freezer, as well as the compulsory airconditioning in each of the rooms. Beautifully presented with our early arrival and departure hassle free. Fishing the canals from our doorstep was a huge bonus with 8 different species of good sized fish on light gear landed on the first afternoon. It certainly left us with an appetite for a return visit to explore more of what this unqiue region has to offer.
